Development in Miramonte
In total, the MSP encompasses 647 acres and will include 2,392 dwelling units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space. The project incorporated “affordable by design” theory, aiming to construct naturally affordable housing types at higher densities, including multifamily units, small-lot homes, townhomes, and more, to meet the need for affordable housing in Soledad.
